His expertise spans licensing, M&A, regional growth, and portfolio development across the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S. At Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, he leads business development with a focus on accelerating market access, enhancing portfolio value, and driving long-term commercial growth through strategic alliances and geographic expansion.

Before joining Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, Wisam held senior leadership roles at Hikma Pharmaceuticals and Aamal Company, where he drove high-impact initiatives across branded generics, injectables, and institutional markets. He played a central role in expanding Hikma’s footprint through complex cross-border deals and partnerships, and led commercial strategy across diverse product lines. His career is defined by a cross-functional mindset, a global outlook, and a proven ability to turn opportunity into measurable business results.
