Mohammad Alfawazi is Chief Human Resources Officer – MENA at Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, with more than 20 years of experience leading human capital strategy, transformation, and shared services across complex public and private sector environments. At Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, he oversees the company’s regional people strategy, shaping organizational design, talent development, and performance culture. He brings deep hands-on expertise in building scalable HR functions, driving workforce modernization, and aligning people initiatives with business impact.

His career includes senior leadership roles across Astra Industrial Group, Al Rajhi Takaful, The Red Sea Development Company, and Olayan Financing Company, where he led major HR transformation efforts across multiple industries. From talent frameworks and compensation models to ERP implementations and organizational design, he has delivered people strategies that enable operational agility and long-term growth. Known for developing future-ready teams and streamlining HR systems, Mohammad has become a trusted partner in driving both strategic change and day-to-day effectiveness.

He has also been awarded the Chartered Fellow (CIPD) — the highest level of recognition from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development — in recognition of his significant impact and leadership in the HR profession.
