Dr. Maysara Rabah is Chief Technical Officer at Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, where he leads the company’s technical operations across a growing network of manufacturing sites in the MENA region. Since joining Tabuk Pharma in 2004, he has played a central role in expanding and modernizing its operational footprint—transforming it from a single-plant operation into a multi-site network with advanced capabilities. His leadership has been instrumental in launching new facilities, driving large-scale upgrades, and aligning operations with Tabuk’s long-term strategic goals.

With over two decades of industry experience, Dr. Rabah brings deep expertise across manufacturing, quality, research and development, supply chain, pharmaceutical engineering, and operational excellence. He began his career as a Senior Research Scientist at Wyeth in the U.S., focusing on formulation development and scale-up, which laid a strong foundation in science, teamwork, and complex problem-solving. Known as a visionary, a strategist, and for his strong ability to turn complexity into capability, Dr. Rabah is also passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering operational excellence that is sustainable, scalable, and aligned with the company’s future growth.
