Georges Ibrahim

Georges Ibrahim is Chief Quality Officer at Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, bringing over two decades of international leadership across quality, technical operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. His career spans sterile and non-sterile production, biologics, generics, and medical devices, with deep operational experience across Europe and the Middle East. At Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, he is leading a company-wide quality transformation— redefining quality as a strategic pillar that drives performance, compliance, and long-term value. His focus includes redesigning quality systems, developing internal capabilities, and aligning operations with evolving regulatory expectations.

His previous leadership roles include executive positions at Julphar, where he managed multi-site quality and technical turnarounds, regulatory remediation across 13 international facilities, and the launch of regional COVID-19 vaccine manufacturing. At Novartis, he led global supply site operations and implemented quality excellence programs across Austria, Turkey, and Germany, eventually expanding his impact across 86 sites under the Sandoz division. Earlier in his career, Georges built his foundation through leadership roles at BD, Stryker, and Eli Lilly, where he drove systems design, regulatory compliance, and transformation in both greenfield and mature environments.
