Dr. Faisal Mahrous is Chief Commercial Officer at Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical sales leadership, market strategy, and commercial execution. His career spans field-level beginnings to national and regional leadership at global companies like GSK and AstraZeneca, where he led high-performing teams, built growth strategies, and delivered strong results across competitive markets. At Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, he leads the company’s end-to-end commercial strategy—driving growth, aligning execution with business priorities, and scaling performance across sales, marketing, market access, and business development.

Before stepping into his current role, Faisal served as Country Director for AstraZeneca Saudi Arabia, where he led full commercial operations and achieved significant business expansion. His earlier roles at GSK included leading national sales functions and building some of the company’s top-performing teams in the region. Known for his operational clarity and cross-functional leadership, he consistently drives commercial outcomes rooted in accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
