Tabuk Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Commpany and Cigalah, is a leading healthcare distributor in KSA, announced that they have entered into a partnership under which Tabuk will transfer the rights of second generics of 4 existing Tabuk products to Cigalah. Tabuk will remain the exclusive manufacturer and Cigalah will have the rights to commercialize and distribute these products in KSA for the term of the agreement. This partnership will provide an opportunity for both companies tol leverage their combined strength to add value to the Saudi patient population and further strengthen their focus on the Saudi market. This strategic transaction strengthens the respective companies’ market leading presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to deliver increased value to patients in the urology, central nervous system and cardiovascular therapeutic areas. The agreement between the companies was signed by Mr. Ismail Bel-Bachir, CEO of Tabuk Pharmaceuticals and Sheikh Yaser Y. Naghi, President and CEO of Cigalah Group.
